abs....

the craze in town is for the six pac abs....now there are some basic things that has to be understood...every body consists of those abs, its just that they are hidden under a lot of fat and flab. Our goal is to burn those fat to reveal the six pac. Just by doing a hundred crunches and by doing leg rises you cannot get those pac to show out.

start following a strict diet. Your diet should not contain any fried or oily items. Restrict yourself from eating sweets and all those junk food. Consume a lot of fruits. Fish is very gud for health as it contains a lot of protein. Avoid mutton, beef, pork...etc. Chicken if taken in boiled form is good.
don't consume carbs after 6pm..don't eat solids in the night. Stick to fruits and veggies for the night. During the day have a mix of carbs and protein. Drink lots of fresh juices and avoid BEVERAGES AND SOFT DRINKS. Don't drink lot of water if your training for six pacs. Drink enough to quench your thirst and to sustain your energy.

Hit the cardio machines with a spirit and a strong mindset. Burn those flab's and fat off your stomach. Make sure you don't stay long in those sweaty T's..change into fresh ones and continue your workout. That will help you avoid a lot of skin infections. Please don't fall for fat-burners or any of the chemical products that are available in the market. They may produce results but they also fuck with your organs ...you'll end up screwing your liver or kidney.

Carry out 4 cardio sessions and 3 weight training session a week. Do them in alternate days and remember to do stretches and crunches during the weight training days. There are advanced abs training that helps you strengthen your abs. Also the most important point to develop any muscle for that matter is recovery. Proper time must be given for that muscle to recover and rebuild itself.

keep cool this summer....

god i can't wait to be under the fan or in the aircon room....well i know it the end of the summer but still better late than never...we should take care in maintaining our body during this season for ppl are prone to sun stroke and heat strokes around this time.

  • Make sure that at least 6-8 liters of water is consumed a day
  • Eat a lot of fruits.
  • Cantaloupes are the best possible fruit that you can get for this summer. Nothing says summer like melons. They’re all great sources of potassium, but cantaloupe has nearly three times the potassium found in watermelon. And, cantaloupe gets its orange hue from a beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant.
  • Watermelons are the next best fruit that can be taken in this season.
  • Avoid cold water.
  • Avoid mango as they arouse heat .
  • Avoid alcohol and non vegetarian dishes and food for these few months. If not at least reduce the consumption of both.
  • Try to avoid long hair during this season for it gives easy access for micro organisms that affect the skin and the body.
  • Don't eat oily foods and avoid masala and spice.
  • Drink a liter of buttermilk during the afternoon.
